When You Arrive at the Cancun Airport
Upon arrival after clearing immigration and customs, head directly outside the terminal building to meet your Amstar representative. Since you have already arranged for your hotel transportation, there is no need to stop with timeshare representatives offering you information and products in the arrival hall. This will help ensure a timely departure to your resort.
An Amstar representative (wearing a signature blue-flowered shirt) will greet you outside the terminal building and escort you to your transfer vehicle. To confirm your return transfer and for any other assistance, look for your Amstar representative in your hotel during the day. You can also confirm your return transfer by calling the Amstar office at +52 998 881 9500 at least 24 hours prior to your schedule departure.

Arrival Process in Cancun
- Clear Immigration
- Claim your luggage
- Clear Customs and head outside to ground transportation.
Amstar Representatives are not allowed inside the Arrivals Terminal. Do not accept transfer information from anyone other than your Amstar Vacations Representative at the airport. A Vacations Representative from Amstar dmc wearing a bright blue tropical shirt will meet you and direct you to your hotel transfer.
Riviera Maya Transfers Passengers traveling to the Playa del Carmen area can expect a 45 to 90 minute transfer. Passengers traveling to the area of Tulum can expect a 1.5 -2 hour transfer. Both of the above times are dependent on the number of stops. Your Apple Vacations Resort Representative at the airport will be able to provide you with more accurate transfer information.
