Accommodations: 5/5
Our stay in a swim-out room was nothing short of extraordinary. The luxurious and well-appointed room provided direct access to a refreshing pool, offering a perfect balance of privacy and indulgence. I did not love the darker color scheme in the rooms, but it is very fresh and clean. The Beachfront Villa we toured was equally impressive, boasting breathtaking views and unparalleled comfort. This room is at the beach club and can accommodate up to 10 adults.

Culinary enthusiasts, rejoice! The dining options at Secrets Tulum exceeded our expectations. Every meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, with a diverse array of dishes that left us craving more. The resort’s commitment to delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences truly stood out. We really enjoyed the outdoor dining experience at the steak house.

While the preferred club pool, complete with full butler service, was a highlight of our stay, the preferred club lounge left us wanting more.
It lacked the opulence we anticipated, but the overall experience was elevated by the attentive staff and personalized service.

One of the standout features of Secrets Tulum is the variety of pool options. From the preferred club pool’s refined atmosphere to the vibrant energy at the Beach club, there’s a pool to suit every mood. Each pool area is impeccably maintained, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation or socializing.
Beach: 4/5
It’s important to note that Secrets Tulum is not directly beachfront, requiring a 25-minute shuttle to reach the shore. While the Beach club offered a splendid seaside experience, it may become crowded during peak occupancy. Additionally, the 5 pm closing time might be early for those seeking a sunset beach retreat.
