Terms and Conditions for Group Trip
Deposit and Payment
Deposit:Â A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation for the group trip. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
Final Payment: The final payment for the trip is due by January 31, 2025. Failure to make the final payment by this date may result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before December 31, 2024: If you need to cancel your trip before December 31, 2024, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
– Cancellation After December 31, 2024: If the trip is cancelled after December 31, 2024, the deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made towards the trip may be refunded based on the specific cancellation policies of the travel suppliers and vendors involved in the trip.
Changes to the Itinerary
The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government regulations, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to ensure that the original itinerary is followed as closely as possible.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may lead to trip cancellation, interruption, or medical emergencies.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
Our agency acts only as an intermediary between the participant and travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, and cruise lines. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any act or omission of these providers.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, and that they comply with all health and safety requirements for the trip.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
