We sat down with Travis and he showed us several options for resorts. We wanted a family friendly resort on Spring break for my Daughters Bday. He did a awesome recommendation at the Iberostar Mayan resort. He planned and arranged everything. From the private car at the airport to the excursions we went on. He even warned us don’t talk to to timeshare people at the airport and left details about checking in and what to expect. He walked us through the paperwork for Covid and passports. Travis also continue to email us with updates about our trip before our departure. Thanks Travis
